Main Duties

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via chat support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Complaints Handling: Monitor and address customer complaints, proactively reaching out to provide assistance and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep customers informed about new products, features, and functionalities. This includes upselling and cross-selling various products as appropriate.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline customer support processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Share feature requests and efficient workarounds with team members, fostering a collaborative environment to improve service quality.


1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support.

2. Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable working remotely and independently with a proven track record.

3. Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and in isolation.

4. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer-oriented skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.

6. Attitude: Pleasant and positive attitude, with a customer-first approach.

7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
