How to Apply
Application Process
Step 1: Complete application
Please ensure that you provide as much detail as possible in your application. Any missing information could result in your application being rejected.
Step 2: Phone Interview
Upon review of your application, successful applicants will be required to complete a 10 minute phone interview before progressing to the next stage.
Step 3: Online Interview
Applicants who pass the initial phone interview will be invited to an online interview to assess their skills and abilities as a care worker. This is an opportunity to showcase why you’d be an excellent fit for our team.
Step 4: Face to Face Meeting
Successful applicants will be required to attend an in-person meeting with our recruitment team, where they will be required to provide important documents. We will then submit your COS application within 5 working days after this meeting and provide you with the COS as soon as it is returned. The process will take approximately 2 weeks. A start date will be arranged.
Step 5: Accommodation Requirement
As part of our criteria, you will be required to find accommodation within a 20-minute drive to the branch / area you will be working in. Please note that failure to meet this requirement will result in your COS application being cancelled.
