Responsibilities
- Help customers with technical issues.
- Manage the return process for devices.
- Test new products and updates, keep accurate records, and share feedback.
- Provide customer feedback about products and report any issues or suggestions to the team.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach are essential
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- No need for advanced electronics knowledge; full training can be provided.
