Exemplar Health Care Services Limited are currently seeking the services of experienced Care Assistants to join their team in Rotherham.
Established in 1999, we’ve developed a range of health and care services for adults living with complex needs arising from dementia, learning disabilities, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.

At Exemplar Health Care, our care is different. Our 50+ care homes provide welcoming and supportive Nurse-led environments for those whose needs are often ‘too complex’ for mainstream care providers and who may have experienced one or more failed placements.
The people we support would often be in a hospital or higher acuity setting if not placed with us. Our care enables them to stay in the community and reduces hospital and secure facility admission

Responsibilities
- Supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
- Encouraging people to maximise their independence and build everyday living skills
- Supporting people to access the local community
- Assisting people with their personal hygiene
- Assisting people at meal times, including with cooking
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Completing and maintaining care records.
