About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Innovation Solution Architect to join our team. The IT Innovation Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies to drive digital transformation within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and a passion for driving innovation and delivering business value.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Design and develop innovative and scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT).
Define the technical architecture and ensure alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and security standards.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to support innovation initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution implementation process.
Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new technologies and solutions.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to generate and refine ideas.
Mentor and coach team members on solution architecture best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions.
Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Experience with solution architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture
Proficient in programming languages and frameworks relevant to innovation projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
