Responsibilities

Own all North Star metrics and dashboards (includes methodology, underlying models + visualizations)
Support product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to conduct analyses and uncover insights to improve business operations and enable decision making
Conduct product analyses to quantify impact and inform the future roadmap
Build out reports to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns
Create centralized data tooling to support self-service analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization

Requirements

You can distill complex data into easy to read and interpret dashboard to enable leadership / business teams to gather data insights and monitor KPIs
You can navigate ambiguity like a champ
You are a strong communicator and have the ability to influence decision making with data
You have a GSD attitude – no task is too small or big to reach best business outcomes outcomes
You have 2+ years experience in a data-oriented role within a fast-paced, hyper collaborative environment
Solid understanding of SQL and Python, along with experience in visualization tools
Experience with Looker / LookML
Python and data-related libraries
A/B & Feature Flag Testing
Basic familiarity with dbt or other data warehouse modeling methods (note: you’ll be collaborating with a data engineer)
