About the role

 As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service will be the key to turning average customer experiences into truly exceptional ones.

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain customer accounts
  • Resolve product or service questions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Recommend products or services based on customer needs
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve related goals
  • Manage incoming calls, chats & emails, and provide assistance
  • Maintain and handle customer inquiries, records, and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Report to the team leader and work collaboratively with colleagues

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Available to work full-time work (24/7 rotating shifts, 40 hours a week)
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Equipment to work with (computer or laptop, headset with a microphone)
