Ocean Engineering and Instrumentation Fellowship for International Researchers

Applications are being received for the Link Foundation Ocean Engineering and Instrumentation Fellowship programme, the programme aims to foster ocean engineering and ocean instrumentation research, enhance both the theoretical and practical knowledge and applications of ocean engineering and ocean instrumentation research, and lastly disseminate the results of that research through lectures, seminars and publications. The scholarship aims to support candidates from all countries in the world to study at PhD degrees level in any institution in Canada and the United States of America.

Funded by the Link Foundation, this fellowship provides geneorous financial supportr, empowering you to focus fully on your academic journey. The scholarship will provide $35,000 to each selected candidate and will only be granted to students undertaking a PhD degree program realted to ocean engineering and ocean instrumentation.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship

  • The applicant must be working toward a PhD in an academic institution. (the applicant must have already been accepted into a PhD program.)
  • No limitations are placed on citizenship.
  • Fellowships are only tenable at U.S. and Canadian Universities.
  • Fellows must be enrolled on a full-time basis for the duration of the award.

Benefits of the scholarship

This foundation fellowship program consists of a one-year fellowship of $35,000 for students working towards a PhD Degree. The award can be used towards the Fellow’s academic year and summer stipend.
