The role of a Medical Sales Executive is pivotal in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and cutting-edge medical products and services. Charged with the responsibility of understanding the unique needs of healthcare professionals, a successful candidate in this position must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Generating new leads.
- The sale of medical devices and associated products.
- Cultivate, enhance, and manage existing accounts.
- Attain and surpass set targets.
- Engage in negotiations for favourable terms with new clients.
- Produce sales-based reports.
- Travel may be necessary.
- Continuously enhance industry expertise staying updated on emerging trends.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (3 years minimum).
- Medical background such as a Health Care Practitioner/Nurse would be advantageous.
- Familiar with hospital equipment and related subjects.
- Experience in cardiology/cardiac/vascular/general surgery.
- To attend local and international conferences.
- Carry out presentations when required.
- Excellent command of English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Flair for sales.
