Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing Technology Management:

– Oversee and optimize the usage of marketing technologies, focusing on HubSpot and Salesforce.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools, including ChiliPiper, Outreach, StoreLeads, Insycle, and Splash.

Data Management and Analysis:

– Generate actionable insights through data analysis to drive marketing strategy.

– Implement data management best practices for accuracy and completeness of marketing data.

Campaign Execution and Automation:

– Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and automate campaigns through HubSpot.

– Own lead nurturing processes for enhanced lead generation and conversion.

Reporting and Analytics:

– Develop and maintain regular reporting on key marketing metrics for insights to improve campaign performance.

– Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Process Optimization:

– Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency, aligning with overall business goals.

– Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
  3. Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing automation.
  4. Solid understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Proven experience optimizing marketing processes.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work remotely in a rapidly scaling organization.
  8. Willing to travel as needed (~10%).
