Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
In-depth knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
