Responsibilities

  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinating the flow of information.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Perform clerical duties (e.g., faxing, filing, photocopying).
  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.

Requirements

All interested applicants for this job role must have the following requirements:

  • Minimum of at least a secondary high school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and technology knowledge:
  • MS Excel
  • MS Office
  • MS Word
  • Ability to multitask, focus, organized, and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Pay attention to details.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required.
