As an Interior Designer specializing in 3D rendering, your role is crucial in transforming our clients’ ideas into reality. Working closely with our design team, you’ll contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of interior design projects, showcasing your proficiency in crafting intricate and lifelike 3D renders. The perfect candidate possesses a sharp sense of design aesthetics, a solid grasp of spatial dynamics, and the skill to translate 2D concepts into captivating 3D visual representations.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with home owners and the home setup team to understand project requirements and objectives. Generate creative design concepts that align with client preferences and project goals.
- 3D Rendering: Utilize advanced 3D rendering software and tools to create detailed and realistic visualizations of interior spaces. Provide clients with immersive and accurate depictions of proposed designs.
- Material and Color Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes based on design concepts and client preferences. Ensure that design elements harmonize and create cohesive, visually appealing spaces.
- Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing 3D renders and design concepts. Effectively communicate design ideas and modifications based on client feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the construction and implementation phases of projects.
- Stay Current with Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new design tools to continually enhance the quality and innovation of our design work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of 3D rendering projects.
- Proficient in 3D rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
