About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing revenue opportunities.


  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase profitability
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through effective pricing strategies, promotional activities, and partnerships
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement


  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, and maintenance practices
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and budgeting processes
  • Proficient in using hotel management software systems for reservations, inventory management, and reporting
