Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fault-find earth-moving/plant equipment.
- Repair and maintain all equipment to OEM standards/requirements.
- Carry out routine maintenance as per official guidelines.
- Undertake planned/preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all related documentation is up to date.
- If required work under the supervision of a line manager.
- Capable of providing an excellent service to all customers.
- Professionally up-sell where opportunities arise.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Hold Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic qualification if applying from within Canada. For international applicants hold a qualification/certification in areas such as Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Heavy-Duty Technician or Diesel Mechanic.
- General – engine, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical experience.
- Capable of reading and understanding supporting documentation, including schematics
- Experience with Can BUS.
- Main brand experience such as Doosan, Caterpillar, John Deere, Hitachi, Volvo, Komatsu, JCB, Bobcat and Vermeer.
- Hold a valid car driving license (Class 5 Canadian). International applicants will be offered support by the company in converting.

- Intermediate level English (written & oral).
