Pharmacy Plus Health is seeking to recruit a Foundation Pharmacist to join their highly trained team of professionals.

About the role

The Pharmacist is indispensable in healthcare, encompassing responsibilities such as accurate dispensing of medications, patient education on drug usage, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans

Responsibilities

Supporting residents in there day to day activities
Assisting residents and encouraging residents to go to bed
Helping with the cleaning and washing of residents’ clothes
Monitoring and checking residents during your shift
Updating and recording resident records to help monitor health and well-being

Requirements

Eligible to undertake the pre-registration training year.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Proactive and motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
MPharm degree (Masters of Pharmacy)
GPhC registration.
