$39,000 – $85,000 per year (on-target earnings range: $16-$25 per hour)

 

About the Job

The Customer Service Representative-Remote (French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as:

 

 

Job Requirements

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in French or English.
  2. Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience.
  3. Education: High school diploma or GED.
  4. Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, strong computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge.
  6. Internet and Computer Requirements: High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite), desktop or laptop, and smartphone.
  7. Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
