About the Job
The Customer Service Representative-Remote (French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as:
- Smartphones
- Â Â Tablets
- Â Â Computers
- Â Â Wearables
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in French or English.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, strong computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge.
- Internet and Computer Requirements: High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite), desktop or laptop, and smartphone.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
