H & Y Comms Limited trading as Swansea Mobile is a mobile shop that specializes in buying and selling new and second-hand mobile phones in Swansea. With a dedication to providing high-quality customer service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

•Organise the business so that it runs efficiently

•Answering customer questions and resolving problems

•Hire and train staff

•Supervise the work of junior assistants.

•Serve at the front counter if assistants are unavailable.

•Oversee daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

•Serve customers in our retail store and provide expert knowledge on mobile

phones, gadgets, and accessories.

•Process transactions through card machine and handle cash accurately.

•Book in customer repairs and ensure timely communication with customers

regarding the status of their repairs.

•Deal with trade-ins in a professional and efficient manner.

•Stock cabinets and shelving and maintain a clean and organized store


•Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and innovations to

provide expert guidance to customers

•Deal with customer complaints.

•Keep accounts and control the budget.

•Maintain daily sales record.

•Organise shift rotas and allocate work to junior staff.

•Complete paperwork on the use of material.

•Organise and arrange delivery services to local shops

•Lock up at night, open in the morning.

•Maintain daily sales and purchases record.

•Report to director
