Dutie and Responsibilities

As a Creative Graphics Designer specializing in UI/UX for websites, your role will include the following:

As a Product Designer at Teamtown, your mission is to create exceptional user interfaces and experiences for web applications and websites.
You will be responsible for website design, user interface design, and some brand asset design for marketing.
Working closely with our clients’ marketing and product teams, you will take their existing ideas and use creativity and experience to develop unique and visually appealing designs.
Your ability to strategize and conceptualize design will be essential for success in this role.

Requirements and Skills

Experienced in UI/UX design, websites, and corporate marketing design.
Consider changing “Fluent/advanced” to “Fluent or advanced” for better readability.
Comfortable and experienced with Figma.
Passionate about your craft and creative.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in design or equivalent experience.

Your Mission

-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand their design needs and objectives.

-Create compelling and visually appealing UI elements and UX experiences.

-Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

-Iterate and improve designs based on feedback from clients and team members.

-Meet project deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

Benefits

Monthly salary: $2000 USD to start.
Fully remote position with working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time).

14 days of paid time off per year, available after one year of employment.
$200 USD per year for skill development, available after 6 months of employment.
