As an Analyst & Business Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and implementation support to both local and international entrepreneurs. You’ll work directly with our clients and team members to transform business dreams into operational reality.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive business research and market analysis to support client decision-making
- Develop clear, actionable reports and recommendations based on research findings
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating the Nigerian business environment
- Write and publish business insights and market intelligence
- Support the implementation of business solutions and strategies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service
Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in business research and report writing
- Understanding of the Nigerian business environment
- Familiarity with business advisory or consulting services
Experience or willingness to learn working with international clients
