As an Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in lending and payments to foster relationships, drive revenue growth, and position PayNearMe as a preferred partner in the auto and personal lending sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage mid-market prospects within the auto and personal lending industry, showcasing the value of PayNearMe’s payment solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at lending institutions, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored payment solutions.
- Work with a highly transactional sales team conducting weekly discovery calls with prospects and signing 3 to 4 agreements per quarter
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities within auto and personal lending, providing insights to inform product development and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to align offerings with customer requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to revenue growth and expanding PayNearMe’s presence in the lending sector.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales within the auto and personal lending industry, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
